Our Professional Development Team (PDT) will come to your site to deliver curriculum training that is customized to fit your needs.
Our highly experienced PDT will work with you to create an appropriate professional development plan so that your staff can effectively implement the WINGS Curriculum.

CDA Consulting & Training
The Child Development Associate (CDA) is a national early care and education credential awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition. The CDA Training Program is designed for teachers and caregivers of children ages 0-5 who work in licensed childcare centers and registered family childcare homes preparing them for assessment.
Under the auspice of our founding company, Ideal Early Learning, LLC, we provide specialized technical assistance and professional development services for early education programs and schools (birth through third grade + high school Career and Technical Education programs) seeking to implement the national CDA program.
In an effort to meet the growing need for a continual pipeline of proficient early educators, our CDA consulting and training provides early care and education practitioners the necessary knowledge and skill enhancements to appropriately guide tomorrow’s leaders. Our programming is complete with quality CDA implementation at all levels of education in traditional, online and hybrid course formats.
