Marvelous March: Learning Opportunities for Children in Preschool

WINGS Curriculum is excited about our learning activities for March! Like every month, our theme is supported with Monthly Lesson Plan Ideas featuring activities for:

• National Women’s History Month
• National Nutrition Month
• Read Across America Day  (Dr. Seuss’ Birthday) – March 2

As deemed appropriate, early learning programs might also engage children, families, staff, and community associates in activities for:

• Employee Appreciation Day – March 3, 2023
• Daylight Savings Time – March 12, 2023
• St. Patrick’s Day – March 17
• First Day of Spring – March 20

Our featured author and artist is Angela Russ-Ayon! Check out her collection of nutrition books, activities, and music on Abridge Club! 

We also highlight author Jerry Pallotta for his many alphabet and counting books related to this month’s “Animal Action” theme!
